We are about to embark on the next phase of our capital project, Welcoming the Neighborhood! (Click to learn more) to refreshing our grounds. Here is a look at what you need to know about attending Saint Barnabas during May and June of 2023.
STAGE 1 | It is happening! – What you need to know:
Closed Sidewalks, Caution Tape, and Detours
Thank you for your continued patience with us as we move forward with our final phase of beautification. As expected, there have been disruptions and detours along the way. If you see caution tape, please take care and look for a way around the construction. Signs (and friendly faces) will guide you.
Parking Made Easy!
- Entrances – Use the south and center driveways only
- Parking Attendants – Our team will guide you to your parking space
- Handicap and Close Parking – Please let attendants know if you need handicap parking or close parking
Please be patient with us as things are likely to change. We have the opportunity to practice the spiritual fruit of patience. And remember one important thing – follow the attendants – they are your friends! As we figure this out one step, and one parking spot, at a time, we welcome your feedback.
Parking is limited to the west side of the grounds, the lots closest to Mockingbird Lane. Do not park at red fire-lane curbs or wherever you see traffic cones.
Hutton Hall – Our parish hall will be closed throughout this stage. There is no public access to this building.
Coffee Hour – Coffee Hour will still take place each week! Starting April 30, Coffee Hour will meet at the Music Center after both services.
Access to Church Office – The church office will remain open regular hours throughout the week. All sidewalks will be open and provide pedestrian access to the office building.
Recycling – Unfortunately, our paper/cardboard and aluminum can bins will not be available during Stage 1.
